Born in Columbus Ohio, Pete has been a performer on stage since he could walk. As a matter of fact, at the ripe old age of ninety days, his photograph was featured on the front page of the Columbus Dispatch newspaper for an appearance at a local barbershop.

In his early teens, Pete already a member of the musicians union, played drums for a working rock band called ‘CAUTION’. In the early 1970’s Pete met three other players and they formed a club band called ‘REFLECTION”. This group worked the local nightclubs for several years before going on the road playing from New York City, to Miami. After six years the band members separated. However, Pete hooked up with an established show group called ‘FIRST THING’S FIRST’. Singing and playing drums, while juggling beach balls, blowing bubbles, pulling rabbits out of his hat and making other band members appear and disappear, took its toll and after five years. The Band disappeared for good and Pete came back to Columbus, burnt his jump suit and ruffled shirts and joined ‘FLASHBACK’. Pete’s versatility on drums and his singing style has allowed him to blend with many types of musical groups, but ‘FLASHBACK’ has a unique mix of vocal sounds, in which Pete fit like a glove.

It’s not often that band members get along for extended periods of time. However, there are exceptions like, the ‘Bee Gee’s’, the ‘Rolling Stones’, ‘Aerosmith’ and a few others. This is the way it is for ‘FLASHBACK’. Flashback is a band of brothers not in a literal sense but as a group they gave Pete a place to call home. Although the band took a few years off to pursue other ventures, they are good friends and have kept in close contact knowing that they would some day regroup and recreate that special sound that their fans have enjoyed for years. The rest, as they say, is history. ‘FLASHBACK’ had enjoyed years of great fans and good times and now “FLASHBACK IS BACK” is sounding better then ever.
